Defiance Gear 30-Day Return Policy with Return Shipping Coverage

At Defiance Gear, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can take advantage of our easy 30-day return policy, which now includes coverage for return shipping costs under a $10 threshold.

1. Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Inspection Period: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. Please allow 3-5 business days for this inspection process.

4. Refunds: Once your returned item(s) have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that we do not refund the cost of the initial shipping.

5. Return Shipping Costs: If your return shipping costs are under $10, Defiance Gear will cover the expense. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs exceeding the $10 threshold. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items, such as gift cards and sale items, are non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of a specific item for a refund, please contact our customer service team.
